The Spam Musubi has always been a classic icon of Hawaii’s local community. It represents more than just food but a binding of cultures, which makes Hawaii so unique. Hawaii’s Fried Musubi Food Truck is bringing a special twist to an island favorite offering flash-fried battered furikake encrusted musubis of all selections including the Classic spam, Hawaiian styled ahi poke and Spicy Bomb Tuna.
